Edubooking Cart

Edubooking Cart add-on allows your student to book several courses at once by placing them in a cart. You are free to show, hide and reorder columns in the cart step so that to display a cart summary data the way you want.

The new “Book More” button will be added to the summary step of the booking process. A click on this button will take the user back to the 1st step while retaining the current booking in the cart.

User Experience

The admin area will treat these courses separately. However, the Payments list will have a cart icon near each course that was booked as part of a cart.


At the moment, Cart cannot be enabled together with the WooCommerce online payment integration.

Setup and configuration

1. Purchase and activate Cart add-on in Plugins.

2. Go to Edubooking menu > Settings > Cart. Check properties of the courses that you want to display in a cart summary right before the booking confirmation.

Uncheck the box to hide the selected column.

You can change the order they go in, too – by dragging the sandwich icons.

3. To add a Cart step to your booking form, go to Appearance in Edubooking menu and check the box next to the Show Cart step option.

4. If you want to send a single Email notification for the entire booking (for all cart purchases), rather than a separate notification for every course booked, use the {cart_info} code in relevant templates (New booking combined notification) when you configure the automated messages in the notifications area.

Note The {location} and {instructor} codes don’t work in the combined notifications, because in combined notification there can be several courses at once, each of which has its own instructor and its own location.
