Edubooking Staff Cabinet

There is no more need for instructors to go to the WordPress admin panel to manage their calendars, details, etc. With this add-on, your team members are able to view and update their calendars, personal info and course right after authentication on the frontend.

When an instructor is logged in, they will be able to:

  • View a calendar and choose a preferred mode: Month, Week or Day
  • Add a new course, approve, edit or cancel a scheduled course
  • View and update personal details
  • Choose services and edit prices
  • Update capacity (if Group Booking add-on is active) and deposit values (if Deposit Payments add-on is active)
  • Choose, set and edit special hours (if Special Hours add-on is active)
  • Manageinstructor schedule, days off, special days (if Special Days add-on is active)
  • Export calendar information into a CSV file

User Experience

Edubooking Staff Cabinet add-on was developed to let your instructors manage their bookings without access to the WordPress admin panel.

Once your instructor is logged in, they will be able to enter the instructor Cabinet and see the Edubppking calendar and profile on the front-end.

Every instructor will have the possibility to manage their own calendar, view and update details, manage services, prices, schedule, days off and special days, as well as export their calendar information into a CSV file.


1. Purchase, install and activate add-on in Plugins.

2. Enter the purchased licence in Settings > licence key.

3. Create WordPress accounts for staff in the WordPress dashboard (general section, not Edubooking) > Users. In Edubooking menu > Instructors > [a staff member], pick the WordPress user from the “User” drop-down menu.

4. In the page editor, you will see Add instructor Cabinet button. When you press this button, the shortcode will be generated and inserted into the editor.

5. In the drop-down list, you will see the list of possible options for adding. Select the properties you want to be displayed and set limitations if needed.

5. Once the add-on is set up, your instructors will be able to view and manage their calendars right after authentication on the front-end.

Setting limitations

After the instructor Cabinet add-on is installed, the website administrator can set visibility limitations for team members while editing a page. This way, the instructor will be able to view, work with and update only those profile elements which they have permission and access to.
