Edubooking Courses Packages for iBtech

Do your students books the same service regularly? Why not offer them a package? You can set discounts on packages to encourage more sales and increase customer loyalty. And you can set a validity period to make sure customers use their package deals.

Your students will love the fact that they can book their month’s massages in one package, making it easier for them and for you.

The current version of the Edubooking Packages Add-on doesn’t support group bookings. So package deals are only available to single bookings.

Important: At this time, Edubooking doesn’t support booking of packages by your students on the front-end. This feature will be available in one of our future releases (with add-on price increase). You can create, add and schedule a package of services in Edubooking admin panel.

User Experience

Setup and configuration

1. Purchase, install and activate add-on in Plugins.

2. Go to Edubooking menu > Courses. Click on Add Course, choose the type – Package, and fill out the rest of the details. Each package is created on the basis of course.

If you enable Unassigned option, your package will be available for booking with no course instructor selected. Later on, students will be able to select an instructor for unassigned packages in their user account.

Packages are marked with a relevant icon in the list of courses.

3. To add a package of courses, go to Edubooking menu > Packages. Click on New package button and fill out the necessary details.

 

4. To schedule courses in a package, go to Edubooking menu > Packages. Click on the Package schedule button. Select a courses date and time and click the checkmark to confirm your choice.

All the instances of course in a package can be managed on the instructor’s user account. Give them this option by adding [Edubooking-packages-list] shortcode to your webpage.

After a student is logged in, they’ll see a list of purchased packages with expiration date, details, and ability to schedule courses.

How packages appear in Edubooking Calendar

All courses that belong to a package appear in the Calendar with the appropriate icon. Clicking on the course will result in the Edit course window where you’ll be able to make changes.

Edubooking Packages add-on is not compatible with Edubooking Custom Duration add-on.
